About HAP
An investor’s view of patient growth, with an operator’s understanding of how it is built.
Health Acquisition Partners is a specialist healthcare investment and growth advisory. We help private-equity firms, operating partners and PE-backed platforms understand, protect and build the patient-acquisition engine their investment depends on.
Why HAP exists
The engine that produces new patients deserves the same scrutiny as the earnings it creates.
Many healthcare platform theses depend on patient growth, yet the systems that produce it (demand generation, intake, scheduling and the measurement around them) are often among the least-tested parts of a transaction and among the most exposed in an integration.
HAP was built to close that gap: to give investors a rigorous, evidence-based view of patient acquisition before close, and to give operating teams the structure to integrate and grow it afterwards.
Founder
Anwar Eichelberger
Founder, Health Acquisition Partners

Anwar Eichelberger is a growth advisor and operator specializing in performance strategy for private-equity-backed healthcare platforms. He has more than a decade of experience scaling multi-location healthcare groups, with deep expertise in demand generation, paid media infrastructure and systemized growth execution.
Having worked inside private-equity environments, Anwar understands both the urgency of value creation and the operational complexity of scaling platforms. He has helped leadership teams build patient acquisition at scale, improve marketing-to-intake efficiency and prepare for M&A with clean, data-backed growth systems.
He developed the Patient Marketing Diligence framework from direct experience evaluating patient-acquisition performance across PE-backed healthcare platforms, and founded HAP to give investors and operators an advisor who speaks both languages: investor clarity and operator execution.
Principles
Investor clarity. Operator execution.
Evidence first
Conclusions come from source data and are shown with it. Where the evidence is incomplete, we say so.
Both sides of the table
Findings are written for the investment committee and made actionable for the operating team.
Discretion
Engagements and deal information are confidential. We do not publish client names or transaction details.
Healthcare only
Our work is limited to healthcare, where privacy rules, platform health policies, referral dynamics and clinical capacity shape how patient growth works.

Whether you are evaluating a target, integrating an acquisition or planning an exit, a first conversation is a working session on the deal, not a presentation.
